Can we still travel with FlixBus Charter?
Yes, FlixBus Charter is still operating. However, due to the spread of COVID-19 (CoronaVirus), many zones and regions have prohibited transportation. We are, therefore, limited to regions that are not facing government-issued travel restrictions. Please ensure you remain up to date on any travel restrictions for the region in which your group will travel to or from. You can find the latest updates here. Please consider these regional travel restrictions while planning your trip. If the region in which you are traveling to encounters travel restrictions, please contact our service team for re-booking and cancellation options.
What options do I have if I already have a reservation?
During the crisis FlixBus Charter continues to offer maximum flexibility: You can cancel your trip free of charge or make changes until 14 days prior to departure.
a. Postpone your trip
If you would like to change your travel plans, our customer service team is happy to help! You can simply change the departure date of your trip to a later date. This is free of costs until 14 days prior to departure.
b. Cancel your trip
If you’d like to cancel your trip, our customer service team is here for you. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to cancel your trip, and we will send you an email confirming your cancellation as soon as possible.
Cancellations are free of charge until 14 days prior to departure.
